Volkswagen Group congratulates all certified dealers

goTOzero RETAIL (GTRZ) is the Volkswagen Group's major sustainability initiative for retail and service partners. The first companies have already achieved the Gold certificate level – including the AZF Group from Flensburg (Germany). In this interview, the dealer and service partner explains his strategy for success and shows which measures really work.
