New member of the Volkswagen AG Supervisory Board: with immediate effect, Marianne Heiß fills the vacant seat on the shareholder side of the Supervisory Board and has also been elected Chair of the Audit Committee.

Wolfsburg. Marianne Heiß returns to the Supervisory Board of Volkswagen AG. Effective forthwith, she has been appointed by court order to serve as a Supervisory Board member until the next Annual General Meeting and fills the vacant seat on the shareholder side. Furthermore, the members of the Supervisory Board elected Marianne Heiß Chair of the Audit Committee. She already served as a Supervisory Board member from February 2018 to July 2025.
