Wolfsburg. Volkswagen presents the new ID. Tiguan, one of the brand’s most important electric models for the years ahead. The new all-round SUV in the high-volume mid-size class succeeds the ID.4 and ID.5 models. The ID. Tiguan’s hallmark feature is its completely redesigned exterior, which gives it the appearance of a vehicle from the next class up. And this impression continues seamlessly into the strikingly high-quality interior: the materials used have resulted in a huge leap forwards in terms of quality, complemented by the newly developed, intuitive cockpit landscape. For the first time, the new SUV will be available with a co-driver display. The electrically powered ID. Tiguan will be launched as early as the beginning of 2027 – in parallel to the current Tiguan with petrol, diesel and hybrid drives.
