In her previous role, Erika Rasch was responsible for Global Human Resources at the Robert Bosch Group. This also included developing the HR Strategy 2030, aligned with key areas such as competitiveness, growth and talent, as well as co-determination. She began her professional career at Bosch in 1997, holding posts in Controlling, followed by positions in Purchasing, before moving to Human Resources.
